Welcome to Vocab Barry. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vocab Barry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Vocab Barry is a vocabulary learning application that provides:

• Interactive vocabulary cards and learning exercises
• Progress tracking and achievement systems
• Multiple language categories and difficulty levels
• Premium features for enhanced learning

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our app, you may need to provide basic information such as your name and age. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Premium Features and Payments

Vocab Barry offers premium features through in-app purchases:

• Premium features require a one-time payment of $5.99
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Premium features are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on new devices

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vocab Barry only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

Vocab Barry and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our app

7. User Content

You may create custom vocabulary words within the app. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to use it for app functionality.

8. Disclaimers

Vocab Barry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of vocabulary translations
• Compatibility with all devices
• Availability of all features at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vocab Barry.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Vocab Barry at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the app at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Apple App Store Terms
